智能水表增加的阀门,设计采用的结构形式多样,有先导阀门、球阀、陶瓷阀、机械阀等等。

先导阀应该说是利用了一种巧力,也就是四两拨千斤的原理。利用开启一个小孔,将上端和下端的水压进行调整。当水压平衡时,阀门就会自动开启,当水压不平衡时阀门就会自动关闭。先导阀顾名思义就是先导通一个小孔,利用很小的力,然后在将阀门开启。应该说先导阀是智能水表其中一种比较理想的设计。因为开启阀门和关闭阀门需要的时间很短,甚至是一瞬间的事情。而水压对阀门是乎没有太大的影响,因为,先导阀本身就是依靠水压差来达到开启阀门和关闭阀门的。假如采用电磁阀作为驱动,则开启和关闭阀门所需要的功率几乎是恒定的。

3、陶瓷阀

陶瓷阀是在手动冷热水阀门的基础上提升为智能水表阀门的一种结构,从原理上来说应该是完全可行的,只需解决压力损失的技术问题,所以设计体积就较球阀要大多了。但是水压几乎对陶瓷阀的影响力很小,因为陶瓷阀是两个陶瓷片,其中一个陶瓷片做旋转运动,那么它克服的仅仅是两个陶瓷片之间的摩擦力。所以,陶瓷阀是智能水表其中一种理想的设计结构。
Ceramic valve is a kind of structure which is lifted to intelligent water meter valve on the basis of manual cold and hot water valve. It should be completely feasible in principle. It only needs to solve the technical problem of pressure loss, so the design volume is much larger than that of ball valve. But water pressure has little influence on ceramic valves, because ceramic valves are two ceramic plates, one of which rotates, so it only overcomes the friction between the two ceramic plates.
